I can't find my books on my Storius account. Can you help me?
Your books are tied to the email you used to purchase the books. However, if you paid with PayPal and your email address for PayPal is different from your Storius account, it will be tied to the PayPal address. Email support@storius.com with your PayPal address and your main Storius account and we can transfer the content to the correct email.

I need to change my email address I registered with. How do I do that?
Email support@storius.com with your request. Include the address you originally created and what you want the new account email address to be and both the Storius shop account as well as the Storius app account will be transfered to that email address.

Can I download the ebooks/audiobooks so I can use it in my preferred app?
Purchases cannot be downloaded outside of the Storius App and can only be used through the app.

Can I gift audiobooks/ebooks to someone else?
Unfortunately, you can't gift them directly, but you can purchase a gift card to allow them to purchase the books themselves.

Will [Insert Name of Series] be available for sale on Storius?
We are releasing new audiobooks all the time. We are working through a list currently in production and more will be added each month. Check back to see what new arrivals have made theire way to the collections!
