Refund policy

Refund Policy for Digital Products

If you have any questions regarding the suitability of a product for your needs, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@storius.com before making your purchase.

At Storius.com, we specialize in digital products and, therefore, do not offer refunds once your order is successfully completed, and the product download link has been sent. As a valued customer, it is important to understand this policy before making any purchases on our website.

Regrettably, due to the immediate access provided for digital products, all sales are considered final and are nonrefundable. However, we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances may arise regarding the nature of the products we provide. In such cases, we do honor refund requests for the following reasons:

  1. Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive a delivery email from us due to issues with your email provider or mail server, please contact us for assistance within 7 days from the date of your order. Failure to do so may result in the product being considered received and downloaded.
  2. Download and unzipping issues: If you encounter difficulties while downloading or unzipping the product, please report the issue within 7 days. Failure to contact us during this period will be construed as a successful download, and no further redress or refund will be provided for a "download issue."
  3. Major defects: While we thoroughly test all our products before release, unexpected errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, please reach out to us. We reserve the right to address and rectify any errors or defects. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a replacement product of equal or similar value. Please note that our technicians may request temporary access to your webhost/server to identify and resolve any issues with our products. Failure to provide timely access may result in a delayed resolution or disqualification from a refund.
  4. Product not-as-described: If you believe that the purchased product does not match its description on our website, please report the issue within 7 days of purchase. You must provide clear evidence supporting your claim that the product does not meet the described specifications. Please note that complaints based solely on personal expectations or desires will not be honored.

Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for, and therefore do not accept refund/return/exchange requests based on the incompatibility of our products with third-party software (such as plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.), unless explicitly specified as compatible on the product's sales page description. We do not guarantee full compatibility with any third-party programs (including web hosts), and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Refund requests are eligible within 1 week (7 days) from the date of your order and should be submitted to support@storius.com. Your request should include detailed and substantiated reasons for the refund. Please ensure that your request complies with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
